Jeremy Harris Construction, Inc. (JHC) is headquartered in Riverside, CA. We have both regional experience and the ability to mobilize for projects across states. We serve the Inland Empire, Coachella Valley, Orange County, North to the Los Angeles downtown area, West toward the Los Angeles Basin, South to San Diego and to the border and east to include Imperial County and as far as reaching neighboring states such as Nevada and Arizona.

We have completed reservoir basins, storm drain, water utility infrastructure, grading, earthmoving contracts in cities such as; Yucaipa, Santa Barbara, Banning, Glendale, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, the Coachella Valley Whitewater area, Montclair, Chino, Chino Hills, San Bernardino, Orange, San Diego, Temecula and many other locations.

We have served many water utilities and agencies including, Western Heights Water Company, Coachella Water Valley District, Metropolitan Water District, South Mesa Water Company, City of Riverside Mocking Bird Reservoir, County of San Bernardino Special Districts, Inland Empire Utility Agency, Chino Basin Water Agency, Riverside County Flood Control, Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District, City of Rancho Mirage and many more.
